The Athlos Athletic Curriculum (AAC) is a robust, vertically aligned, and developmentally appropriate movement curriculum. As we know, physical devolopment is nonlinear and everyone is on their own developmental journey. With this in mind, the AAC is divided into 5 levels, for teachers, coaches, and other providers to meet their athletes where they are. Generally speaking, the levels can be aligned with an athletes grade level. Typical use of the AAC looks as follows: Level 1 – Grades K & 1, Level 2 – Grades 2 & 3, Level 3 – Grades 4 & 5, Level 4 – Grades 6-8, Level 5 Grades 9-12.
